If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

2. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration

Certain products may be excluded from returns where clearly stated at the time of purchase, including:

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

  • Your refund will be processed once the return has been approved and the package track & trace number has been provided

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution

5. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are also responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking confirmation.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution depending on the situation.

7. If You Regret Your Purchase

You are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day you receive your order.

To exercise this right:

  1. Contact us within the 14-day period and provide your order number

  2. Provide at least two clear photos confirming the product remains unused, unopened, and with the original seal intact

  3. Wait for return authorization and detailed return instructions from our support team

  4. Return the product securely packaged and provide valid tracking information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Once we receive confirmation of shipment (valid tracking information) and the returned item meets eligibility conditions, we will process the refund for the purchase amount.

8. Legal Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any statutory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the European Union or the customer’s country of residence. Where mandatory legal rights provide greater protection, those rights will prevail.
